Within a year, we at Techscale crafted a comprehensive digital solution for Yellowbeard that could centralize operations, enhance customer engagement and ensure safe payments from clients.

  • With the Yellowbeard Smart feature, we consolidated customer data, machine maintenance and service tracking. The aim was to improve service quality and eliminate technical disruptions through Yellowbeard Smart’s dashboard abilities.
  • With Yellowbeard Shop, we developed a user-friendly shopping platform integrated through GraphQL for a seamless and responsive shopping experience for business owners and coffee lovers.
  • With the Yellowbeard Mobile App, we combined CRM, sales tracking, product purchasing and machine maintenance. This app allowed users on-the-go access to Yellowbeard’s features including an App top-up or QR code wallet for quick & secure purchases.
